Check-In & Warm Welcome
From the moment you arrive, our friendly front desk team will help you feel right at home. Our offices are designed to feel calm, modern, and family-friendly.

Smile Assessment & Digital Imaging
We start by taking photos, X-rays, and digital scans of your mouth. This gives the doctor the best picture for treatment planning and diagnosis. The digital scan also allows us to do a treatment outcome simulation, allowing you to see how orthodontic treatment could transform your smile. We will also share the X-rays with your dentist.

Orthodontist Consultation & Personalized Treatment Plan
Your orthodontist will review the findings with you and answer any questions you may have. We will never recommend treatment if a patient isn’t ready or doesn’t need it, and there’s never any pressure to start treatment. We provide the information and options, and leave the rest up to you. If you’d like to move forward with treatment, we will create a personalized plan to meet your needs and goals.

Check-Out & Next Steps
Before you leave, we’ll review next steps and help schedule your follow-up or treatment start. We will also pre-confirm your insurance so that you have the full financial picture. If it’s needed to start treatment, we can also coordinate with your dentist or specialty practice (like a periodontist or oral surgeon) to help you get started.
Helpful Tips to Prepare for Your First Visit
A little preparation can make your first visit even smoother. Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), and any referral paperwork if it was provided to you. Arriving 10–15 minutes early allows for a relaxed check-in.
We also ask that all patients complete their new patient paperwork as soon as possible and well in advance of their appointment. This allows the treatment coordinator and doctor to best prepare for your visit, including gathering any X-rays from your dentist and confirming any insurance benefits.
Do I Need a Dentist Referral for My First Visit?
Nope! Dentist referrals are not required to schedule your first orthodontic visit. We welcome anyone considering orthodontic care for themselves or their family.
