I have a complex orthodontic situation but was praying to do aligners over metal braces. Dr O'Leary is a mouth magician, and was able to create an aligner treatment plan that can work for me. Even though I did need a single extraction to create room in my mouth, other orthodontists I had consulted with in the past were recommending 2 or more, so I am very happy with this outcome. Everyone that works in the office is just a peach and I am constantly smiling and laughing with everyone I meet there. I am 4 weeks into a year and a half of treatment, and everything is going fantastic so far- looking forward to the rest of the journey with OASECT!

Update 10/8/26: it has been a long road but I graduated out of aligners today - and I can't believe this is still my mouth, not only are my teeth now straight and pretty, but they are so much more functional for eating. They keep patients on schedule, cutting down on wait times and also work with your budget via their payment plan system and they do not give off the vibe that money is their main focus the way some of the other local practices did when we were calling around to find an orthodontist.

The doctors and their assistants are fantastic and reassure nervous patients whenever it’s needed. The receptionists do their best to accommodate busy school and sports schedules, which was a huge headache at the practice we went to before moving to Connecticut.

They also have a program for replacement retainers— purchase it! I can’t count the number of retainers I lost as a kid, but they have a backup plan for that.
