For Removable Retainers (Prezurv, Vivera, Hawley)
- Clean Daily: Use a soft toothbrush and mild soap (Dawn dish soap works great!) to clean your retainer gently. Avoid using toothpaste, which can damage the surface.
- Avoid Heat: Keep your retainer away from hot water, dishwashers, direct sunlight, and avoid leaving it in hot cars. Heat can warp retainers and potentially cause you to have to replace them.
