Instructions For Braces

Instructions For Aligners

Now that you’ve made the exciting decision to move forward with Invisalign or Spark Clear Aligners, it’s important to know how to properly wear and care for them. Instructions For Braces Or Phase 2 Completion

Congratulations! You’ve now completed treatment and are ready to enjoy your beautiful new smile. The next phase of your journey involves your retainer and is crucial to ensure that your new smile will retain its perfect alignment. 

Retainers are appliances designed to be worn as prescribed to ensure your teeth continue to hold their position. Depending on your treatment plan, you will have received either a clear retainer, an acrylic Hawley retainer, or a fixed lingual retainer. Below are the instructions for proper wear and care for your retainers.

Instructions For Phase 1 Completion

Congratulations on completing the first phase of your treatment! You are now in what we call the “Resting Phase”. During this time, we will continue to monitor your growth and development approximately every 6 months. While we continue to keep an eye on your development, we are likely to recommend a second phase of treatment in the future. 

Retainers are appliances designed to be worn as prescribed to ensure your teeth continue to hold their position.
