Get creative and submit your most unique design for our 8th Annual Holiday Card for your chance to win $500!
If you choose to include a greeting, it should celebrate the diversity of all of our patients and community, such as ‘Season’s Greetings’ or ‘Happy Holidays’. Designs can be handmade or digitally created.
Handmade cards must be one-dimensional and can be submitted to any of our offices by Wednesday, November 22. Please view our office hours and locations for submission.
Digitally designed cards must be a minimum of 200 DPI and 5″x7″, and can be emailed to [email protected] by 11:59pm on Sunday, November 26. Cards submitted with copyrighted design elements will be disqualified.
Only one entry per person. Please include your name and phone number with your entry. Cards that do not meet these requirements will not be considered for the prize. A winner will be chosen the first week of December. Call 860-443-1827 with any questions.
