Seeking someone with marketing, social media management and graphic design experience, plus knowledge of IT/computers/networking. The preferred candidate will also have customer service experience and have excellent interpersonal skills, as they will also assist at our front desk as a Scheduling Coordinator from time to time.

Seeking someone with strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail to serve as a Financial Coordinator / Scheduling Coordinator. Duties will include: confirming insurance benefits and filing claims, making financial arrangements with patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, processing payments and reconciling daily deposits, as well as making collections calls. Dental / orthodontic experience is strongly preferred!
